Each week we tackle a different approach to painting flowers- one of the most fascinating of watercolour subjects. My teaching approach is step by step with demonstrations, so you can start or continue your watercolour journey in this class.
Materials List
- If you are a beginner, I have a watercolour kit available
- If you already have paint and brushes, bring them plus:
- A full sheet of Arches 140 lb. cold press watercolour paper
- A natural sponge
- A spray bottle for water
- A non-absorbent board to work on such as corriplast, plexi-glass or coated masonite.
- Masking tape

Kit is available for purchase from the instructor for an additional $165 plus HST

- 1 Sheet 140 lb cold press, Arches paper (22″ x 30″)
- 8 Tubes of watercolour (student grade, 8ml, Winsor & Newton, Cotman)
- Lemon Yellow
- Gamboge Hue
- Intense Blue
- Ultramarine Blue
- Alizarin Crimson
- Winsor Red
- Burnt Sienna
- Paynes Gray
- Covered palette
- 3 brushes (2 round, 1 flat)
- Corrugated plastic board (20″ x 24″)
- Natural sponge

- Permanent marker (Sharpie, extra fine)
